Each session varies depending on what is required energetically. A Reiki session may last for 30 minutes; a Holistic Energy Healing session is usually 60 minutes and a Crystal Dreaming session is one and half hours.

Vanamali uses her guidance and intuition to use the specific combination that will best serve you and your soul and assist in aligning your souls energy with the highest outcome.

You will be given time to fill out a client form and then discuss about any specific outcomes you would like or any specific issues you are dealing with. After the session Vanamali will usually discuss some ways for you to move forward, which may be anything from a mantra, meditation, an affirmation or just a new way of looking at the old situation. This “homework” is different for everyone, but perfect for you.
