Reiki is an ancient healing method that originated in Tibet and was rediscovered in the 19th century by a Japanese monk named Mikao Usui.

In Reiki 1 you will learn how to give and receive self-energy healings.

4. Reiki Self Healing Techniques
5. Energy for Every Day

In Reiki 2 you will learn how to give and receive energy healings for others.
Reiki 2:
1. Working with Energy and Understanding Energy Blockages
2. Working with the Chakra System
3. Working with Crystals and Distance Healing
4. Purification, Shielding and Creating a Sacred Space
5. Introduction to the Laws of the Universe

Sessions: Are run by Vanamali
Duration: All Day
There is a three month interval before Reiki 2 can be commenced to allow for the energy of the Reiki 1 initiation to integrate.
